OmniNStack builds enterprise AI platforms, not one-off AI consulting projects. A single shared AI infrastructure — orchestration, retrieval, and governance — powers a growing portfolio of enterprise AI products, starting with Convergo, our AI Customer Engagement Platform, and Contexa, our AI Trust & Safety Platform. Both run end-to-end on infrastructure our customers own, with absolute data sovereignty and zero vendor lock-in.

Where We Are, and Where We're Going
OmniNStack is a pre-seed, Canadian-incorporated enterprise AI platform company building two products — Convergo and Contexa — on one shared AI infrastructure. We're currently running structured design-partner validation for Convergo, with non-dilutive Canadian funding programs (IRAP, Innovate BC, and SR&ED documentation) in progress alongside it.
We think the strongest pre-seed story right now isn't projected traction — it's a team that has already shipped the hard infrastructure (production POS integrations, agentic RAG systems, cross-border go-to-market experience) and is capital-efficient about proving demand before raising.
